How do I create an account?
Download Crown & Caddie from the App Store and sign up with your email or Apple ID.
How do I list an item for sale?
Go to the Shop tab, tap the sell button, and follow the prompts to add photos, a description, and your price.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the app. Your profile and personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the three-dot menu on any post, listing, or profile and select “Report.” Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action.
How do I block another user?
Tap the three-dot menu on a user’s profile or post and select “Block User.” Blocked users will no longer appear in your feed or be able to contact you.
Why do you need my location?
Location is used to show nearby golf courses, marketplace listings, and service providers in your area. You can disable it at any time in your device settings.
How do I become a seller?
Go to Settings > Become a Seller and complete the verification process. Once approved, you can list items on the marketplace.
